1/2 kg tahong (mussels) 70g butter 1 medium onion, chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp ground black pepper
Preheat a pan in medium fire.
Drop the butter on the pan and let it melt.
Add the garlic and sauté until light brown.
Add the onion and ground black pepper. Sauté for 1 minute.
Add the mussels. Stir and cook until the shells are open.
Serve and enjoy your buttered tahong!
