2 kg smoked boneless ham
1/2 cup honey
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp dried rosemary
HOW TO COOK:
Preheat the oven to 350 F or 175 C.
Unwrap the ham and rinse under cold running water.
Place on a rack set on top of a roasting pan.
Cover the ham with foil.
Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven.
For the Honey Glaze:
Simmer the ingredients in a sauce pan over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
Pour tje glaze over ham and continue roasting for 20 minutes more, basting at least twice with the ham drippings in the roasting pan.
The ham is done when it registers 160 F or 70 C on a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part.
Remove ham from oven, cover loosely with foil, and let rest for 15 minutes to allow the juices to set.
Serve at room temperature. Enjoy!
