½ kg beef ribs, cut into 1 & ½ inch cubes
½ cup sliced pineapples
2 cups tomatoes, cut into wedges
5 cups water
½ cup onions, sliced
7 pcs whole peppercorns
2 pcs beef cubes
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
2 pcs finger chili
HOW TO COOK:
In a pot, tenderize beef in 5 cups water then add onions, tomatoes, peppercorns, and beef cubes.
Bring to a boil.
Add- in pineapple slices, sugar, and chili.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy!
