Langka Pastillas Recipe

  • ⅔ cup evaporated milk

  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk

  • ½ cup finely chopped fresh langka (Jackfruit)

  • 3 cups powdered filled milk

How To Make Langka Pastillas:
  1. In a pan, boil chopped langka in evaporated milk for 3 minutes. Set aside to cool.

  2. In another bowl, mix milk-nangka mixture, condensed milk and powdered filled milk until well blended.

  3. Form into small logs and wrap in paper then in colored cellophane if desired.
