Easy Pinoy-Style Spaghetti Recipe
2 lbs spaghetti pasta
1 lb ground pork
6 oz luncheon meat, minced
4 pcs hotdogs
35 oz Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce
1 & ½ cups beef broth
½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 medium onion, minced
1 tsp garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tbsp cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
Cook the Spaghetti pasta according to package instructions.
Once cooked, drain then transfer to a bowl. Set aside.
Pour and heat the cooking oil in a pan.
Once hot enough, saute the onion and garlic.
Once the onions becomes soft, add the ground pork.
Cook pork until the color turns light brown.
Add- in the luncheon meat and hotdog.
Stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour- in the spaghetti sauce and beef broth then stir and let it boil.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Taste the sauce then add salt and pepper if needed.
Pour the over the Spaghetti then top with the shredded cheese. Mix and eat. Enjoy!
