Easy Special Chicken Embutido Recipe
1 & 1/2 lb ground chicken
1 pc egg
2 tbsp sweet relish
½ cup raisins
½ cup carrots, minced
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 small- sized red bell pepper, minced
1 small- sized green bell pepper, minced
1 small- sized onion, minced
120 ml tomato sauce
¾ cup bread crumbs
¼ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
HOW TO COOK:
In a large bowl, place and combine all the ingredients then mix well.
Scoop about a cup of the mixture into an aluminum foil and wrap.
Prepare the steamer and arrange the wrapped embutido in the steamer.
Steam for 45 to 60 minutes.
Remove from the aluminum foil, slice, and arrange on a serving platter. Enjoy!
