Quick & Easy Coffee Jelly Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp instant coffee
1 pack unflavored gelatin (you can use Mr. Gulaman)
1 pack condensed milk (250 ml)
1 pack all-purpose cream or heavy cream (250 ml)
3/4 cup sugar
1 & 1/2 L water
HOW TO MAKE:
Dissolve the gelatin in 1 & 1/2 L of water or follow instructions on the packaging.
Bring to a boil until fully dissolved, then add the sugar.
Remove from heat.
Stir- in the instant coffee and dissolve thoroughly.
Transfer in a shallow container and spread until about 1 inch thick. Set aside.
When the gelatin sets, cut it into cubes.
In a separate container, blend the all-purpose cream and the condensed milk.
Add the gelatin cubes, mix, and refrigerate.
Transfer into cups, serve chilled.
