Easy Homemade Coconut Jam Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups coconut cream
1 cup brown sugar
HOW TO COOK:
Combine the coconut cream and the brown sugar in a non- stick sauce pan.
Heat over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil.
While heating, stir frequently until sugar is dissolved and mixture is well- blended.
When mixture has come to a boil, promptly reduce heat to low and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until mixture darkens and thickens.
To check if the jam is ready, drop a teaspoonful into a bowl of cold water.
If the mixture forms a soft ball in the cold water and flattens when removed, your coconut jam is ready!
Transfer the jam into clean jars and seal.
Serve with bread and enjoy!
