Ingredients
• 3 – 5 pcs. Dried Gumamela Flower • 4 pcs. Calamansi • 1/4 cup of Honey • 20 grams of Ginger • 3 cups of Water
Instructions:
1. In a pot put the water and chopped ginger. Let it boil
2. When its boiling adds the dried gumamela flower and turn off the heat. Mix well
3. Strained the gumamela tea and seasoned with calamansi and add the ¼ cup of honey. Mix well
4. Serve the gumamela ginger tea, hot or cold enjoy
