Easy Adobong Kangkong Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch kangkong (water spinach), separate leaves and chop stalks (1″ in length)
¼ cup soy sauce
⅛ cup vinegar
¼ cup water
1 head garlic, crushed and chopped
2 tbsp cooking oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Toasted garlic, for topping
HOW TO COOK:
Start heating a cooking pot and pour- in the cooking oil.
When the oil is hot enough, add- in the garlic and cook until brown.
Pour- in the soy sauce, vinegar, and water in the cooking pot and let it boil.
Add- in the chopped kangkong stalks and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Sprinkle salt and ground black pepper then stir.
Add- in the kangkong leaves and gently stir to mix with the other ingredients.
Cook this for 30 seconds.
Transfer to a serving plate and top with toasted garlic. Enjoy!
